Agreement to Terms

Timeline Commitments
We provide realistic timeline estimates and strive for 100% on-time delivery. Delays caused by client feedback cycles or scope changes may affect delivery dates.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, projects require a 50% upfront payment with the remainder due upon completion.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and assets. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and third-party components remain under their respective licenses.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Warranty
We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We provide a 30-day warranty on all custom development work for bug fixes and corrections.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Provide necessary access to systems and accounts
- Review and approve deliverables promptly
- Make payments according to agreed terms
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information without written permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, India.
